Matrix Booking integrations

Workplace management integrations that work with your existing systems

Matrix Booking is designed to fit into your existing technology environment, not replace it. Integrations with Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, access control systems, and occupancy sensors mean your teams keep working in the tools they already use.

For enterprise and public sector IT teams, Matrix Booking supports Single Sign-On (SSO) via Microsoft Entra ID. Your administrator controls access centrally, without managing separate credentials for each user.

Built to meet enterprise IT requirements

Single Sign-On (SSO) and user provisioning

Matrix Booking supports Single Sign-On (SSO) via SAML 2.0 and OAuth 2.0, so your people access the platform through your existing identity provider. No separate credentials to manage.

User provisioning is handled automatically via one of two directory sync methods. Microsoft Entra ID sync uses the Microsoft Graph API and runs nightly. SCIM provisioning works with Entra ID, Okta, and other SCIM-compliant identity providers, and syncs approximately every 20 minutes. Both methods create and deactivate user accounts in Matrix Booking automatically, so your joiners and leavers process requires no manual admin.

Group memberships sync directly from your directory and can be used to control booking access by building, floor, or region. Your IT team stays in control of access management through the tools they already use.

This architecture simplifies compliance auditing for any organisation. It also meets the security requirements of public sector teams procuring through the Government Commercial Agency (GCA) G-Cloud framework.
