Are these the only price plans?
No. Our pricing plans are built to be flexible and fair for companies of all sizes. You can add users and resources as and when required. There are just too many combinations for us to show on one site! Contact us if you are interested in creating a bespoke subscription plan tailored to your business needs.
How do I arrange a demo?
The Matrix Booking team will be happy to provide an online demo and answer any and all queries you may. Click on “Request a demo” at the bottom of the page, fill out your contact details and one of our team will get in touch to arrange a time convenient for you.
Can I use the mobile applications during my trial?
Of course! Our mobile apps are included in all of our trials and subscriptions. Once you have registered and received your confirmation email, all you have to do is download the app from the Apple or Google Play stores and you are ready to go.
How many trial periods can I use?
Due to current demand, each organisation is limited to a single 14 day trial period. As the system is intuitive and easy to use, two weeks should give you and your colleagues plenty of time to see just how effective the product is at organising your offices and workplace.
Can we trial the Outlook add-in?
Not yet. Contact us if you are interested and we will organise for you a quick online demo that walks you through the functionality and the prerequisites for our workplace management software.
Can I cancel my subscription?
There is a minimum subscription term of 12 months. Due to the cost effectiveness of the current subscription options, refunds cannot be issued for any unused time if you decide to stop using the system.
Can I just pay online and go?
We are currently developing an online payment system. For now, if you would like to purchase Matrix Booking after your free trial then please give us a call and we can either process a payment over the phone or via a company invoice.
