Over the years, we’ve continually refined our onboarding journey, making it exceptionally quick and easy for you to provide us with the data we need. This then means we can get your system set up the way you want it – fast. 

We’ll keep you up to speed throughout the short onboarding. Once your system is ready, we’ll train your teams to administer it, and comprehensive, UK-based support is then on-hand to answer any questions you have in the future.

Your Matrix Booking onboarding journey: Step-by-step

1. Fill in our easy-to-understand questionnaires 

We start by sending you our onboarding questionnaires to fill in. These help your facilities or workplace management teams collect the necessary details about your estates, resources, and how you want everything to work.  

There are also questionnaires for your IT team, to provide us with the information we need to integrate with your enterprise systems, such as Active Directory and Microsoft 365. 

2. We automate configuration of your new resource booking system 

The data from the questionnaires automatically feeds into the Matrix Booking software. This means setup is fast and accurate, with only minimal refinements generally needed prior to go-live. 

3. We train your administrators on your actual system

We then run training workshops with the team that will be administering the platform for you – typically your facilities or workplace management function. 

These workshops use your actual Matrix Booking system, to ensure your administrators know exactly how it’s set up, and where to find everything, so they can then operate it confidently and self-sufficiently.

4. Go-live and ongoing support 

Once your teams are happy they understand the software, you’re ready to go live at a time of your choosing.  

From this point on, you’ll have access to our customer support portal, where you’ll find extensive documentation and eLearning modules, and can raise and track support requests with our UK-based team.
