Matrix Booking issues first B Corp impact report
Matrix Booking was first introduced to the B Corp mission in 2021. Corporate social responsibility (CSR) has been at the heart of our business since we became employee-owned in 2020. It seemed was the next natural step for us to become B Corp certified in 2023 and join the wider community.

Part of our commitment to being a B Corp includes delivering an annual report that highlights our goals and achievements across the impact areas outlined by B Lab UK.
Report highlights
- We’ve rewritten our company mission to reflect our commitment to sustainability: “Through intelligent resource booking, we optimise hybrid working and reduce the environmental impact of the modern office.”
- Five new Mental Health First Aiders (MHFAs) were trained to support our teams’ mental health and encourage wellbeing across the company.
- Our commitment to wellbeing also spans our policies, where we’ve added a nomadic working policy to our flexible working policies that allows employees to spend time working from locations outside of their homes.
- We’ve updated our mobile app to improve its conformance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA. We did this by working with Digital Accessibility Centre (DAC) as their testers have a wide range of disabilities, giving us greater insight with their extensive knowledge and expertise in digital accessibility.
