More control with Microsoft 365 and open sensor technology
Easier Microsoft 365 integration with clearer visibility
We’ve improved the way Matrix Booking connects with Microsoft 365 calendars. When linking a resource, admins will now see the exact number of future bookings on both sides before completing the connection.
This gives you:
- Better visibility of potential conflicts
- The option to clear test or duplicate bookings quickly
- Faster, smoother syncing when no future bookings exist
This change makes integration more transparent and helps avoid unnecessary delays.
Greater flexibility with sensors and people counting technology
We’ve upgraded our Sense solution so it can now work with any open-source sensor technology, not just our own hardware. This means you can use your existing sensors or combine them with Matrix Booking sensors to build a more complete workplace picture.
The platform can merge booking data with occupancy and environmental data to:
- Spot underused spaces
- Plan estates more effectively for the future
- Optimise costs and improve efficiency
This upgrade gives you the freedom to choose the right sensors for your workplace without losing the benefits of powerful reporting in Matrix Booking.
