What is the Employee Ownership Association (EOA)?

The Employee Ownership Association (EOA) is a UK-based non-profit organisation that promotes and supports employee ownership in businesses. It provides information, resources, and networking opportunities for companies that are considering or have employee ownership structures, such as employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs) and worker cooperatives (i.e. collaborative firms where members own and operate the business). The EOA also advocates for policy changes to support employee ownership and works to raise awareness of this business model’s benefits.
