Matrix Booking has launched a completely redesigned web application for workspace booking. It’s faster, more intuitive, and built with accessibility at its core.

We’ve given the booking journey a complete makeover using modern design and technology. It also meets WCAG 2.2 level AA accessibility standards, making it easier for everyone to use. The new interface now adapts to work seamlessly on any screen size, desktop, tablet, or mobile. Supporting today’s flexible and hybrid working environments, where people aren’t always at their desks.

This release gives us a stronger foundation to deliver future improvements more quickly. It also complements the Matrix Booking mobile app and helps us support your evolving workplace needs.

Our commitment to accessibility

In 2024, we embarked on an ambitious project to rebuild our web-based booking application to meet level AA standards of WCAG 2.2. To achieve and maintain this standard, we worked with The Digital Accessibility Centre (DAC) and followed their comprehensive audit and accreditation process.

We’ve now gained the DAC accreditation for both our mobile app and our new web booking journey. This ensures that all your employees, including those with accessibility needs, can book workspaces and resources without barriers.
