As your organisation changes, our Admin as a Service team will work with you to understand your new needs, and update the way your buildings, floors, rooms, desks, and other resources are set up, to match. 

And if you need to make changes to your underlying floor plans, we can redraw and optimise these for you as part of our floor plan redraw service

Keep your user accounts up to date

Matrix Booking lets you sync your users with Active Directory, or manage them directly within our software. If you choose the second option, we can manage your users for you, to ensure you stay up to date as people join, move roles or leave.  

Our team can also make changes to user groups, security groups, permissions or individual user roles, or merge or realign users following organisational changes, such as acquisitions or spin-offs. 

Set up and maintain business rules 

Matrix Booking includes a powerful rules engine, to give you highly granular control over every resource in your organisation. Admin as a Service includes setting up new rules and amending existing ones. 

Reporting and insights

If you need a particular report or insight about how people are using your estates – such as desk occupancy rates in a particular building across different days of the week – we’ll run the report and send you the output.
