Accessibility statement (mobile app)
This accessibility statement applies to our new mobile app that will be released soon.
This statement was written by Digital Accessibility Centre (DAC) and the more information can be found on their Matrix Booking Native Mobile Application Accreditation page.
This mobile application is run by Matrix Booking Ltd, and we want as many people as possible to be able to use this application. For example, that means you should be able to:
- Enable colour correction/inversion on your device.
- Use the app in both landscape and portrait views.
- Navigate the app using a switch device.
- Use native text scaling.
- Navigate most of the app using a screen reader.
We’ve also made the application text as simple as possible to understand.
How accessible the website is
We know some parts of this website are not fully accessible:
- There is an unlabelled form element when making a new desk booking.

- There is a form element present which does not have a label (WCAG success criterion 1.3.1 Info and Relationships (Level A), and 4.1.2 Name, Role, Value (Level A).

Preparation of this accessibility statement
This statement was prepared on 8th August 2024. The application was last tested on 24th July 2024 against the WCAG 2.2 standard. The test was carried out by The Digital Accessibility Centre Ltd and included testing by disabled users.
