This accessibility statement applies to the resource booking service at the subdomain of: https://app.matrixbooking.com.
This statement was written by Digital Accessibility Centre (DAC) and more information can be found on their Matrix Booking Website Accreditation page.
This website is run by Matrix Booking Ltd, and we want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:
- change colours, contrast levels and fonts
- zoom in up to 200% without the text spilling off the screen and without content being truncated or overlapping
- navigate most of the website using just a keyboard
- navigate most of the website using speech recognition software

We followed Welcome to GOV.UK guidance on deciding how to check the Matrix Booking website as follows:
- We conducted a manual WCAG audit, including testing by disabled users on a representative subset of pages.
2. We identified the core booking process which included a representative subset of pages that contain examples of the most common layouts, components, and features, including:
- The header and footer.
- Important “unique pages”.
- Pages with text content and data tables.
- Pages with informational images and images of text.
- Interactive elements, such as lightboxes, forms, tabbed interfaces, and content filtering.
