When arranging a meeting in Matrix Booking, the system checks attendees’ Microsoft 365 calendars to see if they’re available.
Organisers can add a Microsoft Teams joining link to a meeting invitation in Matrix Booking with a single click (or tap).
When someone adds a Microsoft Teams call to a room booking, and the chosen room has videoconferencing equipment, a joining link displays on its control panel when the meeting begins.
When a meeting organiser makes their room booking, it’s automatically added to their Microsoft 365 calendar, and invitations are sent to the room and attendees.
