The IWFM Impact Awards is the workplace and facilities management industry’s most prestigious award; it celebrates and showcases outstanding best practice and ingenuity from an influential profession which touches many areas of life, including some of the greatest challenges facing economies and communities across the globe.
EuroFM Partners for Innovation 2017 winner
The EuroFM awards have been taking place since 2007, and for the first time the ‘Partners for FM Innovation’ competition was launched with an award ceremony to announce the winner at EFMC 2017 in Madrid. Matrix Booking and the Ministry of Justice were presented with this joint award in recognition of the co-innovation work on the highly successful commuter hubs project.
Public sector Paperless awards finalist 2017
Matrix Booking was proud to be included in the list of finalists for this years Public Sector Paperless Awards, which recognise, celebrate and reward exceptional progress towards the goal to becoming a paperless environment. Applications were submitted from organisations of all sizes across a broad spectrum of the UK public sector, together with their commercial partners. Matrix Booking and Ministry of Justice (MoJ) were named finalists in the category of Most Flexible Digital System of the Year.
BIFM Workplace Impact Award 2016 Winner
Matrix Booking was awarded the BIFM Impact award for the Commuter Hubs programme which has significantly impacted the work/life balance of staff by reducing commuting time and increasing employee satisfaction and retention levels. The benefits for the MoJ are bountiful with a reduction in demand for desks within costly central London offices and increased productivity. To make this a reality, Matrix Booking provided an infrastructure on a cloud-based platform that featured web-based and mobile apps designed to give an enhanced user experience without the need for user training.
Technology in FM Award Winner 2015
Matrix Booking was the recipient of the Technology in FM Award 2015 – Commercial Category Winner. The annual i-FM Technology in FM Awards recognises companies and organisations in the facilities management sector that are utilising new technologies to achieve exemplary improvements in business processes and performance in the world of the connected workplace. The Technology in FM Awards are open to entrants from across the facilities management industry and its many associated sectors – anything that demonstrably contributes to enhancing work, the workplace or the environment for people at work.
